This is not just a job, it's a passion for me. QAO position has given me the opportunity to contribute to one of the best leading chicken food processing industry in Pakistan by known for their commitment of Quality and food safety standards. Every day, I play an important role to ensuring that the products delivered to our customers meet the highest standards and safe for intake.

Quality Assurance Department is the backbone of all food industries and K&NS is taken very seriously. My responsibility involves processing monitoring, the entire production process from raw material inspection to final product packaging. I guarantee that every step will meet national and international standards of food safety, such as the ISO, HACCP, and Halal regulations. Regular inspections, audits, and samples are part of my daily routine to identify deviations or Non conformities.

One of the most important aspects of my task is to implement and maintain a proper documentation system of all products like temperature and sensory evaluation formats. Formating includes recorded data, lab test results, and inspection reports that are very important for traceability and continuous improvement in processing. Quality Assurance team also collaborate work with the production, maintenance, and R&D and lab departments to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of our products.

What I like most about this role is the responsibility and effectiveness. Knowing what my work has in person is the health and reputation of the consumer motivates me. We are also extremely pleased to be part of a team that shares a common goal of providing safe, high quality food to households across the country.
