The story of my development on the blog on the Steemit platform.

Being a steeminan is a blessing in disguise because this platform have really changed my life in a positive way and I have really developed in my educational aspects of life as I have improve my brain and also way of reasoning.
I have also developed my social lifestyle as I now have friends both home and abroad curtesy of this great platform, i have also had the opportunity to attend my country's national meet-up what else would I ask for.

The story of your start on the Steemit platform.

My journey in this platform began about 2 years ago when my elder brother in person of @simonnwigwe introduced me to this great platform, at first I never had any interest in this platform due to my previous encounter with online platform but he told me good and wonderful things about this platform and also how I could improve my brain and writing skills.
I didn't even give him a listening ear until one day my mind changed and I decided to give it a trial, he opened an account for me and I went on to create my introductory post and then he showed me how to post it.

Day by day I started exploring the platform and I love what I was seeing and everything he told me was true, Steemit platform have wonderful people that encourages each other and especially those from different countries who are willing to create a friendship bond between one another.
The day I won my first contest, I was very joyful, and I started leaving the dream of becoming a successful steeminan.

My mind wasn't even at the monetary aspects as I was focused solely on improving myself and also learning new things, I never for one day complained about support or even compare myself with anyone I was focused only on writing and interaction with one another by dropping wonderful comment in their blog.
I was also mentioned among the best posts of newcomers in the platform that moment lifted my spirit and receiving such a huge upvote from sc01 my me very consistent and hardworking.

That was how I continue to participate I contest and then winning prizes and also engaging meaningfully with my fellow steemians, my journey in this platform is full of ups and downs but I am very proud of myself to be where I am today.

	Attending my country national meet-up really helped me a lot

I must say I am very greatfull to all those who have supported me throughout my journey on this platform, especially to my mentor @simonnwigwe, who always makes sure that I do the right thing.
I feel very blessed to have such a brother and a mentor because without him, I don't know I would have been today.

An to all my steemit friends who always chec on me whenever I am inactive, I am thank you all.
You know it's not easy to have such a good steeminan who always makes sure that I go to the right thing and also try their possible best to see that I am excelling in the platform.
They always encouraged me to continue blogging even without support, and that was exactly what I did . Today, I am very greatfull to them and also happy to have such humans by my side.

My favourite blogs in this platform are content that are related to sports and life, I mean lifestyle.
When I see content like this being organised in the form of contests, I am always motivated to give my all as I derive joy when creating it.
Football is my best sport and also my hobby, so it is so easy for me to create content that is related to it.
Am a sports lover and whenever I participate I'm any contest about sports I am always among the winners of the contest, this has been my glory since I joined this platform no one has ever defeated me in any football contest as I always comes first.

	The smile in my face says it all

Furthermore, I also like content about life whenever I go into someone blog and read about their content about life. I am always happy because I learn from it.
You will see where people give reports on the happenings in their life by participating in contest, myself I also like writing about my life and dropping wonderful images, in this blog you will hardly find plagiarised content as everything is 100% original this are the type of content that the steemit team needs.

Finally, you write on various topics to improve blog writing on the Steemit platform for other writers, from which everyone can improve.

For me, the best way to improve yourself is to focus on content that you are familiar with.
I believe they are many contest in this platform to choose from, and there is no way you won't see the one that interest you focus on it, and you will definitely improve yourself.

Engagement is a key factor to improve writing skills, if you are the type that hardly visit other steemians blog try and do so because it is very essential in improving your writing skills, when you visit other steemians post you will learn from it and also be motivated to create content with more words and meaning.
Some steemians two days to crarte a content with more then 2,000 words when you read it you will learn from it.

I also believe if the steemit team bring back the steemit Engagement Challenge to communities blog writing will definitely increase because steemians are finding it very difficult to participate in the learning challenge which have made many steemians to be inactive.

Furthermore contest organisers should tey and create contest that will be easy for steemians to participate this way they will be able to improve their blog because they will be familiar with the topic.
