I have voted for it, of course, but I should also like to know why proposals has TWO "return proposals" listed... and I am presuming the top one os the one that actually counts?

Hopefully enough of the remaining Steemit "whales" will vote for @the-gorilla's ongoing efforts!

In addition to @xpilar's note - the expiry date is also important. The end date of the "old" proposal is before the ones that Hive attacked the DAO with. So left unmonitored and without the "new" proposal, there's potential for the "Convert SBD to HBD" proposal to reach the top.

The one at the top is most controlled by steemit.com through dev365 and we wish it wasn't there. The other one is from us steemians and that's the one that should have controlled Proposal
