The Diary Game [07/05/2025] A busy day at work.

Hello @everyone accept special warm greetings from this end of globe . The last exams of year has been programmed this week known as 6th sequence evaluation exams .We barely have not put a month to end third term for students to go for holiday .While those in GCE classes will preparing to write the General Certificate of Education (GCE) early .That will determine their qualification for the next class .

Today early in the morning at 5:30am , I had to get up from bed and start preparing my self for school .Students are writing exams and according to exams time table For Anglophone Section .Am supervising all the four different subjects that will be written today by form form4.

I had to make sure I be in school in time since the exams is starting at 8:00am. By this time I was prepared and left the house to house .I arrived school when other colleagues were not yet there .By the time exams for all the classes was supposed to start .All the teachers were available.I took the first paper form4 students were writing citizenship education.

From there I moved to the classroom made sure all the benches were in other before the students started writing .Each subject was in written in 2hours .I supervised form4 with all the four subjects they sat in for the day .

While, they writing I was grading students with my subjects they just wrote .I marked form4 ,and form1 citizenship .The grading scored depends on the marks allocated for each questions and how a student answered .

At 3:30pm, all students were done writing exams for the day .Today our end of month social staff meeting day .I was already exhausted and tired .I decided to attend the staff meeting .It started exactly at 4:00pm.

A lot of things were discussed ,especially the staff members visit of AGwe staff to our own school upcoming Saturday.How the preparation of things will look like and the various committees in charged .After, we discussed other matters .Ended the staff meeting at 5:30pm with reception .The staff team that was to feed the staff members to day .Prepared varieties of food .

I was only familiar with to eat rice and tomato sauce with bush cooked meat .As for the other food I could not manage because it was soup and cassava fufu from dry cassava . don’t like eating cassava flour am not a fan of it .I prefer fermented one than dry one.

After, reception we ended the staff meeting social at 6:00pm. I trekked back home with home with other colleagues that were going to my direction.I arrived home freshened up and I had some few minutes chat with my husband and my kids through phone .

Later, I called it day by going to bed . My day was really a busy one at work .Supervising students for hours , marking their exams papers and attending staff socials . See you guys in my next diary session bye bye 👋 .
