제게 오늘은 무거웠던 마음이 조금
가벼워진 날입니다
엄마를 모시고 검진 결과를 듣고 왔는데요
다행히 우려했던 부분과 다르게 괜찮다는 소식에
며칠동안 맘 졸였던게 확 풀어지네요
(휴우 애간장아~)
며칠동안
신경을 바짝 쓰면서 스트레스 받아서인지
목에 자꾸 이물감이 생겨
불편함을 느끼던차에 찾아간 이비인후과..
면역력이 훅 떨어졌다며
날씨도 비가 내리고 바람이 쌀쌀하게 불어서
더웠나 추웠다를 반복하니까
가뜩이나 기관지가 안좋은 저에게
역류성 인후두염이 찾아왔다네요 ( ◜▿◝ )
(덩치랑 안어울리게 약해빠진 몸둥이ㅋㅋ)
병원에서 주의사항이 적힌 쪽지를 받았는데..
쉬운것 같지만 어려운 미션! ㅋㅋㅋ
한동안 저를 좀 챙겨 봐야겠어요
무엇보다 건강이 최고입니다
