아내가 햄버거가 먹고 싶다고
집앞 상가에 수제버거집에서
햄버거를 사서 함께 저녁으로 먹었음..
운동 가지 말고 산책을 가자해서
산책을 가다 포차에 들러
소맥을 한잔 먹고 다시 산책으로 들어옴.
걷기를 1.5시간 먹은량과 비교해서
쌤쌤ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
잘했네...
