Medellin was considered to be the most dangerous city in the world a few decades ago with hundreds upon hundreds of people affected from daily violence. An area known as Comuna 13 was considered to be the most dangerous part of Medellin and still to this day people within the community are still affected from violent acts.

thanks! it is quite the area to visit. I am actually living in Medellin at the moment and will be here for a few months. It was great to walk around the area and see the beautiful street art all through the neighbourhood
