  1. Unknown To Many, Maize ( Zea May's) can help the eyes.

  2. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

  3. Maize contains protein ranging from 10% to 15% depending on the specie.

  4. Some sort of Caution may need to be applied in the consumption of Maize as they have some adverse effects found on this post.
