Help with Postfix - What edition of linux should i use?

Hi

First of all - Thanks in advance for the helpers.

I want to configure a Postfix server to use it for scan and for mail forward to my Sharepoint.

Does anyone knows how to do that?

Which Linux edition should i use for that?
