I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


April was a month where I went on a ski vacation and where I also struggled to get back in a healthy routine pretty much procrastinating as I often do with big plans ahead.

I really had limited activity with no Hot Yoga Classes joined but I do plan to start again in May getting a good buch of them in. The same goes for swimming which I have been neglecting all year.
