OpenAIのサム・アルトマンCEOが立ち上げた本人確認AI・仮想通貨プロジェクト「ワールド（World）」（旧ワールドコイン）が人気マッチングアプリTinderの親会社Match Groupと提携し、日本市場で先行パイロットプログラムを開始すると、1日に発表したそうでこの提携により、日本のTinderユーザーは相手が実在の人物かどうかを確認できるようになり、より安全で信頼性の高いマッチング体験が期待できるそうなのですがこれは面白いと思いましたし本人確認として使うのは面白いですね。
On the 1st, World (formerly WorldCoin), an identity verification AI and cryptocurrency project launched by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, announced that it has partnered with Match Group, the parent company of the popular dating app Tinder, to launch an early pilot program in the Japanese market. With this partnership, Tinder users in Japan will be able to verify whether the other person is a real person, which is expected to lead to a safer and more reliable matching experience. I thought this was interesting, and it would be interesting to use it for identity verification.
