I have visited the Air and Space Museum and I was captivated by the space shuttle. I am more of an Airplane enthusiast and I was surprised at my reaction to seeing the space shuttle. Its well worth the visit. I truly appreciate that the shuttle was left "as is" after it's last flight. You can see the markings on the heat tiles clearly demonstrating how hot the re-entry is. @Astrotv thank you for sharing.
