Galaxy without Moon

Imagine for a while, what will happen to the galaxy and our Earth if there is no moon.

Will there either be no tides or more tides?
Will the day either be about 24 hours, more or less?
Will the rate of a tsunami occurring either go higher or lower?
What will happen to sleeping circle and asteroids?
