#SPUD4STEEM May Edition – New Rules, Bigger Prizes, and Exciting Opportunities | Power Up and Win

Hello everyone!

After listening to the feedback from the moderators and the sponsors I am making some changes to the rules and regulations of #SPUD4STEEM. I will also announce the total prize pool which have been allocated by the sponsors and I will also announce the number of winners and the part from the prize pool for each position.

Rules and Guidelines to Participate

The rules and guidelines are copied from the previous experience of kiwiscanfly but some rules have been changed or updated and some have been added. These are given below:

1. To be eligible for prizes Steemit users MUST NOT BE POWERING DOWN in the last 3 months before the competition starts on the 1st day of the new month, remember this competition is about powering up and not powering down. Any prize winner who is found to be powering down while in possession of a delegated prize will have the delegation removed – checks are done 😊

2. The users must have more than 500 Steem power in their wallet before #spud4steem & no more than 20,000 Steem power. **The participant must do a minimum power up of 50 STEEM. The increase in the Steem power will only be calculated on the basis of the author's own Steem power. The delegation Steem power to the user will not be counted. The user has to maintain CSI of 5 or more.

3. Only personal accounts ( No Community Accounts) will be eligible for the prize pool. The participant users must have a reputation of over 60 & under 75 to be eligible for prize pool.

4. Participant must have posted at least once a week in the previous month.

5. Power up must be done on the 1st day of each month in your countries TIME ZONE. One power up per account per #spud4steem day.

6. Your post on the 1st of the month must also show CLEAR screenshots of your wallet before & after power up, so that it is clear & easy to calculate the % increase of your powerup. Daily claimed rewards are not included in the calculation. It is better that you claim your daily rewards before starting powering up.

7. Steemit users who meet the above criteria also have to be active on Steemit and if the user is not an active user then he/she will not be eligible for the prize pool.

8. As this is all about powering up and boosting the accounts so the winners should not power down if they are caught powering down then the prizes will be removed from the accounts and it can also result in the temporary/permanent ban from participating in the event.

9. The participant must not be a regular bid bot user.

You can also buy STEEM from external exchanges and deposit in your Steemit wallet to participate in this event.

The users who are eager to participate in this initiative can participate in this biggest contest of power up on 1st May within the UTC time zone. As soon as the UTC time ends for the 1st May the participation will be closed and late entries will not be considered.

This steem power prize will be delegated to the winners of the event for the 21 days and after that it will be removed so that they can be then delegated to the other winners of the next month.
