Thanks for the info. I didn't know that I can buy votes multiple times for the same post on Smartmarket! Can you explain to me the Available Unrestricted? It changes rapidly.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Available Unrestricted are votes that anyone can buy except those that have been blacklisted. It changes rapidly because the service is popular. I also suspect that people are using bots to buy up votes as soon as they are available. @minnowbooster just announced they have found a way to ban those bots and I hope @smartmarket follows suit soon.
