    I use night mode. It seems to throw less energy in my face.

    Quite frankly, I never understood why so many web sites use white backgrounds. It is usually easier to read light text on dark backgrounds and I believe it uses less energy on many devices.

          I DEFINITELY prefer using dark themes on websites. Especially ones where there's a lot of reading / number analysis involved.
