More important; price?
I do not see a future for these devices, the Nokia brand used to be big, but this is just (mis)using the name without any of the novel features Nokia used to have.
In a market flooded with cheap (Android) phones they don't stand out.
Nokia is going for the medium-end market. They do not diferentiate from others phone companies.
