In May 2009, Google services faced an uninterrupted impact on users from around the world. Then again in August 2013, Google and its related services experienced a break of 2-3 minutes, causing the entire Internet traffic to drop by a staggering 40%. If that's what that small time caused, what would happen? If the interruption continues for half an hour?
The idea of stopping Google from working for 30 minutes is a very big thing. Google not only works as a search engine but also includes other powerful services like Gmail, Youtube, AdSense, and other services including Android and many more. The following are some possible scenarios that may occur in such a situation.
After several attempts of reloading and multiple calls for service providers, people will come to Facebook, Twitter and other social sites screaming and publishing hiccups that indicate Google stops working, plus screenshots of their problem about appearing to stop Google.
This will push them to search for other options, such as Yahoo and Bing, which will be more likely than ever to be search engines, as well as alternative search engines such as Lycos, Daum, Excite, Dogpile and Baidu.
The new duckduckgo search engine will also be popular. Apps that use Google, not to mention the loss of profits for companies that use Google services, other than Google itself. Independent users, programmers, developers, and people who rely on search engines will not be able to reach 600 billion pages in Google data centers.
Can you imagine how many people will be lost or stranded in strange places because they can not access Google Maps? Many translators will be lost to Google's translation service. People will also be involved in pirate involvement and think about what might happen to them in the unexpected future.
Among all this chaos, life in China will continue without any problems.
After the restoration of services, an official statement from Google will explain the causes of interruptions, experts will discuss it amid the frenzy of the media. Large sites such as Buzzfeed and ScoopWhoop will share various articles such as "The Best Things to Do During Google Breakout" and others.

I hope they do lose service for awhile... They are a monopoly. They monitor our every key stroke and now they are taking sides in politics. Brave new world is here. It's not around the corner. Competition is what we need. I use duckduckgo.
