Macau is a small island (approx. 28 square kilometers only) that is well-known as an island for people who especially like casinos.
The Venetian Macao is the largest casino complex in Macau. It also has a shopping mall, a center for restaurants, and many famous brand shops. The highlight is the decorations that were inspired by Venice, Italy.
People who visit there would be amazed by the beauty, luxury designs and grandeur of the architecture which attract everyone’s eyes, especially at night time.
Senado Square is located in the heart of Macau. It’s one of the top 4 squares in Macau. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants in European architectural buildings influenced by Portugal.
The pastel-colored buildings are impressive and the street art of the little cat is so cute. There are many shops and restaurants and it’s great that there are some Thai foods like Khao Krapao that look yummy and spicy.
Not far away from the Senado Square, you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, which was originally considered to be the largest church in Macau. It’s said that it is one of the most important tourist attractions in Macau's history and a World Heritage Site. It’s unfortunate that the church was destroyed by the fire and left only this ruined structure.
It seems that there are a lot of people visiting Macau…
Macau is a very interesting city indeed!
