Must Before Travel

in travelling •  7 years ago

All is fine now. I almost gave up and almost forgot who and what I am but no. Sickness caught me and depression was about to swallow me. I was travelling the previous weeks for escaping reasons but I'm done, I believe. I realized I should start facing every obstacle to be faced and that travelling should not be used to escape a 100% of life but is mostly to relax. Now, how can you relax if you're carrying a 101% of burden? That no matter how many places you've been, you'll always go back to that the same sucker punching reason why you've travelled. Useless! Travel when you're done. You will only learn to appreciate every leaf of a tree, the blossom of each "i-don't-know-how-this-beauty-is-called" flowers, the sand of each beaches, the nature passed thru every mountain, the sizes of the footsteps that you and your mates left in the mud, and the diverseness of each people you're with and you'll meet when you are travelling WHOLLY. Learn to forget the things that need to be forgotten, throw them all away and let them be blown by the winds. Again, forget the things that you are only done with. Travel with closure beforehand. So, here. I was able to climb Eli Rock Viewdeck last Saturday and thought of many things while sightseeing although I was not really able to absorb the uniqueness of the place but I came up to thinking that the world may splash waves through the vast ocean and sprinkle dust when the wind blows so hard, as long as I am at the top, I am strong and I will conquer. I may shiver but I will never fall. Here's to my current struggles, (refer to photo). I will conquer y'all first and I'll ride more transports soon. My summer is not yet over. 😘
