open the door, the sound of crackbabies in the distance, i know right away where i am, what a cramped and noisy place

so .. i cant make head nor tails of the Bo'chan other than that something is bothering him
After all that suddenly he gets up and out of his fav personal seat, an old boxer which luckily didnt get thrown away. Walks to the stairs and when i come in the hallway goes down. I see no signs of trouble walking, jerking movement or swaying in any way.
40+ years of cats - i dare say we have a bit of an eye for things ... aint no one here a doctor though ...
And i also dare say even so he's one of the most puzzling ones by far ... dont know his past right, the others basically grew up een if we got separated for years the day i got back here they just went walking with me as if they immediately knew and recognized, but they were born right next to me all those years ago ...
He didnt come into the bedroom to crunch his usual crunchies and i havent SEEN HIM drinking water, doesnt mean he hasnt . Cats in my exp tend to prefer outdoor puddles over indoor bowls ... whatever the reason, maybe the fluor and chlorine they put in b/c TAPWATER IS HEALTHY ! ...
in belgium pfas doesnt exist either that i know off, its more something for holland, here we dont have that larie (i suppose ...)
Soooo, not eating for one or two days will certainly not kill him au contraire i bet even the vet would kinda be like "well thats maybe not the worst that can happen seeing as he's a bit on the heavy side .... a bit ... 8kilos lol but actually he doesnt eat that much, it must be some kind of disposition or maybe something with glands like i heard from a few humans too ... castrated too even if very mobile at times but not today
So he goes outside by the time i go round the back, take my jacked and shoes i see him covering the earth (as all decent cats do) ... when the dog was still around the garden was always a pitfall and you had to watch where you step ... cats are a bit different there, they dont like leaving trails
Assuming he's not human so he's not pretending that means he went toilet , which can only be a good thing ... then when i open the fence he waits longer than usual after i walk to the street to check (i dont drill these animals, we all just get along and recognize, its been like that with all of them) then carefully comes to the sidewalk but only a few metres ... for a little while then goes back on the driveway and starts the staring contest with the deep but back against the wall, he usually goes around the sidewalk and the other side of the street for a bit ... no cars at this time of day, no dogs walking either, no crackbabies stampeding.
Hyper-sensitive and traumatized, damaged by humans , we maybe can relate a little here and there.
But he keeps his usual 30-40 minute staring session , only he stays right next to the house now ... so we're puzzled here ...
His breathing is calm and regular and i poked his abdomen again he didnt flinch or try to take my hand off and again ofcourse

his fur is soft and fluffy ... its halfway more like he's tripping on something ... the environmental background resonance that has changed a lot in the last week ... who knows what cats perceive .. im sure cat has gestalt brain, just like humans , its just that cats have cat-gestalt brain so humans wouldnt know. Cats wont see a face in two dots and a line on a sheet of paper but they certainly do in the shadows in the deep or fractal corners ... 40+ years of close observation tell me they do ...

Im sorry dearie but we take these things seriously, frankly if you dont i dont think you should be allowed animals that arent for eating , if you consider them pets, property or ornaments you probably shouldnt either, actually if its too much get sterilized and dont have kids . There's enough crackbabies to go round ...

You'd say that doesnt look like discomfort and indeed it doesn't ... even making those small sleeping noises , (cats sometimes snore while sleeping not purr - in different sounds) his vocabulary not as extensive as the greatest of their species before, who had a really expressive VOCAL ubary on top of the body language cats use (something humans have lost and since internet and ithings even more ... you cant read someones face, let alone whole body from a smiley in a chatbox)
Despite that im not 100% yet here ... all the bushels of forget me nots in the garden testimony to at least one of them .
But better, he was actually lying chin-up which is a sign of somewhere to nirvana in cat-sleep-speech but the camera sound immediately puts him on "no pictures please"-mode (as always)
the only reason theres great shots of the others is that i have around 2000-4000 of them (never counted) ... :)
with an €80 camera the shutter time aint exactly cat-reflex material but you kinda sometimes learn to snap the moment tho these days i dont take the camera outside
too many wankers and then too many other wankers who film everything and everyone without asking and put it online and when they do it its apparently no problem or violation
Also the flashlight at night would definitely rouse crackhead paranoia and maybe attract police, its nothing like it was ten years ago, and five to ten from now we still put our money on "closer to Flint, Michigan" ...
