I have seen many that want to make money and then those that scam people to make that same money. It is an endless cesspool of mayhem. The world may believe in the correspondence of an individual and it's dividence of legal rights, but who's to actually abdicate such laws ?, politicans will offer money or help when cornered or facing backfire to their contradicatory words.
