Add translator, make adjustmentssteemCreated with Sketch.

I visited the utopian.io recently and there's indeed great development. I must commend the efforts geared towards the present achievement so far But the problems I would love utopian to solve are translation and the markdown styling guide.

I've always love to interact with some foreign friends - like the Chinese and Deutsche. But language had been a barrier. I wish there's a way this my contribution can be translated without me having to visit the Google Translator. And I can as well read that Chinese man's post with a click of translator.

Secondly, there's need for a pop up on the markdown styling guides without having to be redirected to reading some scripts on it. I hope you will understand my points.

Thirdly, there's an issue with the "browse contribution section covering almost 1/3 of the page when clicked on. And it doesn't go off except I had to log out and relogged in. That makes it not mobile friendly a bit. See picture below. Screenshot_20171022-001123.png

I wish that section is cut off or placed in a way not having to struggle with upper part, or convert to a sort of icon that pops up and goes off when toggled.

Lastly, the tags if more than two goes outside the box which seems no fair as seen below.

Other features are great.

My plans
In my next Mickybob Comedy Series, I hope to spread the news of utopian to all my followers.
