At the end of the Busy.org's editor [new design], there is a text line that says, "Styling with markdown supported." But many new and not tech savvy users don't have any idea of what markdown is. Adding a link to the wikipedia article about markdown beside that text would help non tech savvy users learn what is markdown and how to use it. Below image shows how this feature would look like:
