"Required Popup" comes while pasting a link in 'steemit.com/submit.html'

Expected behavior

After Pasting a Any link into the "Title" bar and "Tag" bar of https://steemit.com/submit.html , no string should show up, cause the field is is filled.

Actual behavior

After Pasting a Any link into the "Title" bar and "Tag" bar of https://steemit.com/submit.html , "Required" appears for a few seconds then disappears

How to reproduce

1. Go to After Pasting a Any String into the "Title" bar of https://steemit.com/submit.html
2. In the "Write a story box" give any link. for example : https://utopian.io/utopian-io/@mmaruf/27p3qt
3. Then paste this same link into the title box of this page
4. And also paste this link into the Tag box of the page
