SteemPlus [2.20.0.3] Feed+ navigation option disappears following side navigation click on 'replies' or 'wallet' on Busy.org

Expected behavior

The Feed+ option should remain within the side navigation options on busy.org following the click of any of the navigation options other than the Feed+ navigation option.

Actual Behaviour

When the left navigation options are used the Feed+ navigation option will disappear. This doesn't seem to occur when you press 'News' the first time, however, this does seem to occur when you press 'Replies' or 'Wallet'.

Steps to reproduce

1. From a fresh install download SteemPlus here
2. Complete the on-boarding flow and sign in via SteemConnect
3. You will be redirected to Steemit.com (if you're already on the site, refresh to ensure the SteemPlus extension is working as expected)
4. Go to settings ensure you have “Feed+” enabled within the settings shown in extensions pop up window, this should be enabled by default.
5. Go to the busy home page and note that the feed+ navigation option loads within the left navigation options. By default, it will load on "Feed"
6. Click on "News", note that the Feed+ navigation option remains.
7. Click on "Replies", note that the Feed+ navigation option disappears and will not return until a refresh occurs.

Environment

• Browser: Google Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit))
• Device: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
• Operating system: MacOS HighSierra Version 10.13
• Application Version of Testing: 2.18.2.1 (Updated: July 26, 2018)

Note: The original testing was conducted on the version mentioned above, however, this issue is still apparent on 2.20.0.3.
