I'm providing a very clean and simple design. I used the green that you suggested, because i think it looks good on white and is more balanced when considering there are different types of displays which might show a difference in the blue or orange colors that were suggested. It's a nice military green so it fits the tanks concept.
Tools
I used adobe illustrator and i used mainly with the pen tool.
