Gpstest is a simple app for android devices that is useful for testing GPS on the device to work or not. This app has a very nice and simple look, so users can use this app easily. However after using this app, I did not find the Start Log feature, Map type, and the Rotation feature in this app.
Proposal
Propose to the GPSTest application developer to add a "Start Log" feature in the main Maps Features feature, and modify that section to give users a Start track / log option by filling in location names, folder and categories, and giving users the option to start logs using NMEA and cancel. The developer must provide users with Start Log information results as well as possible, by displaying status, location, and logs, with details.
Propose to the developer of the GPSTest app to add the Map type feature in the main view of Maps section, and modify that section to give users a preferred Maps type option, such as Google V2 Map, Google V2 Satellite, Google V2 Hybrid and Google V2 Terrain, OSM V2 Mapnik, OSM V2 Cycle, and OSM V2 Outdoor. And modify the Maps section to display Maps according to the options used.
Propose the Rotation feature in the Maps settings section, and modify the section to give users free Rotation options, Rotation fixed to portrait options and Rotation fixed to landscape options.

Benefits
Users of the GPSTest application can use the Start Log feature, before testing their device's GPS. Users will get very important information about the status, location, and logs on their android devices, once the user does a "Start Log", and that's a big advantage. So users can know the GPS on the device is working or problematic. Namely by filling in the name of their destination location to display on Maps, and filling the category according to their journey, while using Maps features provided by the developer in the GPSTest app. And it's amazing and useful for users. And users can use the Map type feature to change the Map type, as desired by the user. So users feel very happy with the presence of these features and more interesting using GPSTest applications. Because the performance of GPS speed on their devices faster and smoother. Users can also set Rotation fixed to portrait, to fix map rotation issues in portrait, and to set Rotation fixed to landscape options to improve rotation of Maps in landscape. And it is very useful for users.
