I stumbled upon this Bitshares wallet created by BitUniverse yesterday. Agreed that I haven't used it for long. But there's not soo much to learn in the app, as it's easy as it can be.
The app is available for Android and is still pretty new. It's recommended not to hold a lot of currencies in the mobile wallet as of now until the development is confirmed by the community.
This UI of the app seems very simple and it has almost everything in the app. You can send or receive bts. All the tokens you hold will be displayed in BTS.
You can look for prices of the tokens and also Buy and Sell the tokens.

There are currently 500+ downloads. Show some support and help make the app better.
Suggestion: Maybe have the option to see the other users Portfolio/Account and also have the options to save our keys within the app and not in the web.
