ブテリン氏は今回、イーサリアムの拡張性を向上させるために行う対策計画を短期・中期・長期に分けて説明したそうでこれから短・中期的な改善策を実行した後で、今回の内容を実行することを提案したそうなのですが具体的には、イーサリアムネットワークの軸である仮想マシン（EVM）のスマートコントラクトを、相互運用性を持たせた上で「RISC-V（リスクファイブ）」と呼ばれる命令形式に置き換えることをブテリン氏は提案しているそうなのですが何だか凄そうな感じがしますのでこれは楽しみですね。
