Gazpacho with Tomato and Cucumber
Ingredients
- 1kg of tomato pear
- 1/2 chive
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 green pepper
- Salt
- 200ml olive oil
- 200ml of water
- 1 splash of white vinegar
Preparation
1.- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, to help their crushed
2.- We submit all the ingredients in a blender. Finely crush everything. At the end there should be a homogeneous juice, reddish in color and with a certain body. But not too much. In the end, it's about getting a kind of cold soup. If you think it's too dense, add some more water. You can decorate with more green pepper and chopped onion on top,
