The Diary Game [25/04/2025] A Day With My Friend

Greetings once again to you my steemit friends, I still remain your paddy @servatorem and it is always my pleasure to take you through my day.

Today was my day-off at my office and so i decided to spend the day with a close friend of mine. I got out of bed at about 7:00 am, joined my family for our morning devotion and I was honored to lead in ministrations. After the devotion, I headed back to my bed to stretch out the last form of Threshold consciousness.

At around 8:15 am, I got into the bathroom to freshen up, after getting fully prepared for the day ahead, I went to the kitchen to help myself. My breakfast was a famous Nigerian dish called MTN Rice or Native Rice.

After finishing my food, I had to complete the final ritual at home before leaving which is biding my kid sister goodbye. As I said earlier that I was on my day-off and so decided to spend it with my friend. I boarded a public transport to his place, on arriving there he was just completing his morning chores.

After he was done with everything, we then hopped in to working on a project that we both handled. The whole process would have gone smoothly but we experienced a little set back because one of our software stopped working. We were able to contact their customer care and so the issues was then resolved and we continued with what we were doing.

Around mid-noon my friend's girlfriend stepped in, I and my friend smiled because we were sure that our launch was guaranteed. She made her way to he kitchen after greetings us, after some minutes in the kitchen she came out with a plate filled with Spaghetti(pasta). With joy in our hearts, we suspended what we were doing for the main time to enjoy our launch.

After we were done with our launch, we mount back on what we were working on. The day was coming to an end and it was getting late. I told my friend that i will be heading back home and so he walked me down to the main road where i boarded the public transport home.

Reaching home, I showered and made my way to the kitchen to get dinner. I had a very lovely dinner of Okro soup and garri, after my dinner I went back to my room and rewarded myself with around 2 hours of social media before getting my laptop to curate this beautiful journey with you all.
