This is probably one of the highest, if not the highest, crypto usage among the Executives in the world. 

Uruguay has a lot going for it. According to Wikipedia, Uruguay ranks first in Latin America in  many areas: low corruption, e-government, democracy and peace. About 95% of Uruguay's energy needs comes from renewable energy sources and is regarded as a high-income country by the UN.
