As the sun began to set, neighbors and their kids were still taking their nap leaving us in a quiet neighborhood. I sat down with my two-and-a-half-year-old son, Princewill, for our evening lesson routine. He is a bright and curious boy, always eager to learn and absorb new knowledge.

As a teacher, my duty is to impart knowledge and mould character, I have to show a good example by moulding my son. Yesterday's lesson was a special one, we were going to explore the world of colours and numbers!

I started by opening his colour book which contains a few colourful objects, a red book, a pair of blue trousers, a yellow house, and a green cup. Princewill's eyes widened with excitement as he watched me showed him the objects in the book.

"Okay, Princewill" I said, "can you tell me the colour of this house?" Princewill thought for a moment, his brow furrowed in concentration. Then, with a confident smile, he exclaimed, "Yellow!" I beamed with pride. "That's correct, Princewill! The house is indeed red."

We went through the rest of the objects, with Princewill correctly identifying the blue trousers, red book, and green cup. But I didn't stop there. I wanted to challenge him further. "Princewill, can you tell me the primary colours?" I asked. Princewill thought for a moment, and then proudly declared, "Red, blue, and yellow!" I was impressed. "That's absolutely right, Princewill! The primary colours are indeed red, blue, and yellow."

Next, I introduced him to the secondary colors - orange, green, and purple. Princewill listened intently as I explained how these colours were created by mixing the primary colours. To my delight, he was able to identify and name all the secondary colours correctly.

After our colour lesson, we moved on to numbers. I wrote the numbers 1 to 20 on a piece of paper, and Princewill eagerly began to recite them. He did remarkably well, only stumbling slightly over a few numbers.

As we practiced writing the numbers, Princewill showed great enthusiasm, but also some frustration. His little hands struggled to hold the pen, and his scribbles didn't quite resemble the numbers I had written. But I encouraged him to keep trying, praising his efforts and offering gentle guidance.

By the end of our lesson, Princewill was beaming with pride. He had learned so much, and I could see the confidence growing in him. As we wrapped up our evening routine, I gave him a big hug and a high-five.

"I'm so proud of you, Princewill!" I exclaimed. "You're a brilliant boy, and I know you'll continue to learn and grow in amazing ways!" Princewill grinned, his eyes sparkling with excitement. He knew he had accomplished something special, and he couldn't wait to see what the next lesson would bring.
