For today's sales location, it is about 10 kg from my house, which is in the village of alupapeun Nisam Antara, Aceh Indonesia.

As usual, when the morning market sales took place, I was always next door to Mr. Nasaruddin, the owner of the Samarinda cake. In between consumers' free time, I began to pay attention to Mr. Nasaruddin's process in making samarinda cakes from making until they were ready to be enjoyed.

The process of making samarinda cakes is not that difficult if we take a quick look. Just mix the flour with the water and add other seasonings. After stirring it then heated with fire which is poured in the reference that has been prepared.

Just waiting for a few minutes, the samarinda cake is cooked and ready to be served to the customers who have been waiting in line. For the taste in the Samarinda cake, there are many choices ranging from srikaya to sticky rice, depending on the choice of consumers who like it.

That's a brief peek at what I witnessed on the sidelines of my sale today. And I returned to continue my father's duties to meet the needs of the family, namely as a trader in the morning market.
