The Diary Game Contest#71: (An exciting Sunday with friends)

Hello my steemian ladies!
Hope you all are doing well. I'll be sharing some exciting moments of my day with you ladies through this contest.

It was a bright Sunday and I set out to attend a Christian meeting, a place where I get to interact with loved ones, friends and family. I love Sundays, they are truly a day of rejuvenation and spiritual growth, a day to recharge for the week, unwind and reflect on my blessings, so I eagerly dressed up for this one.

As I dressed up for the meeting, I felt a sense of gratitude and excitement. I had a protective hairstyle which I planned on using but I later decided to braid it and use a wig which will go well with my corporate outfit. I did a quick makeup and wore this shirt which I had kept specially for this day. I also wore a short wig. Bob and short straight wigs are my favourite and this one clearly enhanced my look.

To complete my look I did a little bit of makeup, a really light one, just lip gloss and a little dark tint on my eyebrows because they are quite scanty😅

Next, I set out to the meeting venue which is really close to my home, so I just walked down. The stroll was lovely and I felt the warmth of the sun on my skin, the gentle breeze and fresh air were invigorating.

The meeting was really inspiring, filled with uplifting words, heartfelt prayers and beautiful music.

After the meeting, we interacted with fellow friends and took lots of good pictures. I took pictures with my friend, her mother and a sweet sister who wanted to join us. Taking pictures really makes me happy because it freezes moments of our lives that we will forever cherish when we look back.

As I reflect on this Sunday, I'm reminded of the importance of nurturing our spiritual growth, cultivating meaningful relationships and appreciating the beauty in everyday moments.
