Obesity is defined as when a person is overweight and has much fat in the body because of much intake of high calories ,it can cause heart problems because because when the heart is congested with much fat we cannot breathe.

Obesity is a complex chronic disease that's characterized by too much body fat. It affects your metabolism and raises the risk of serious health conditions.

How Obesity affects our health?

Cardiovascular disease: this includes; Overweight and obesity may increase your risk for developing health problems, such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers.

Breathing problem: yes obesity can affect our breath because fat has blocked every where sleep apnea ,it will make our chest to be congested.

Low self esteem The obese people suffer from overthinking, becomes angry over little, because of how people body shame them due to how they are .

And they easily get depressed because words alone depressed and feel shamed.
It can affect most areas of the body. Obesity can put individuals at higher risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and fertility problems.

Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.

1: try to engage in exercising like jogging and skipping and going for a walk , this may help burn some calories and be consistent.

2: always eat healthy diet and fruits and enough vegetables avoid soda or high protein drinks instead drink plenty of water .

3: engaging in stress management activities like yoga , deep breathing exercising and meditation and ensure adequate sleep it will help in reducing weight loss.
