It is good to know that the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel is taking intentional steps by giving instructions to begin preparing a report on the historic floods, heat waves, and droughts that have affected Europe. We also need the same initiative here in Africa. In fact, one of the major issues we face in Africa is flooding. Thanks for sharing.
