I have an amazing package for everyone. Miss @jyoti-thelight asked me to share my food and I have. The food we're talking about is fried potatoes and tomato sauce. It is an excellent breakfast idea that can be prepared very easily. Scroll to find out the recipe.
Ingredients
Peeled potatoes
Ground pepper
Salt
Chopped onions
Seasoning cubes
Chopped tomatoes
Whisked eggs
Groundnut oil
Procedure
- Pour your oil in the pan and fry your potatoes till they
look brown. Flip them over to enable the other side to fry as well. When done, set the potatoes aside.

- In a bowl, break some eggs. Add pepper, salt, and seasoning cubes to it.
- Using that same pan and possibly the oil, pour in enough sliced onions and let it heat till you can perceive its aroma.
- After a minute, add your tomatoes and stir a little then let it.

- When the tomatoes have reduced in size and darkened in color(after about three minutes), pour your whisked eggs around the pan. It is at this juncture that you necessarily have to stir. The purpose of stirring is to ensure the eggs, on solidifying, break into tiny, chewable bits.

- That's all. Bring the pan down and dish your egg sauce right on top of your fried potatoes and serve.
