Every parents nightmare is when their kids will got sick. The feeling is unexplainable when they started not feeling well.

Last week, Matheena already felt something on her throat. So, her cough already started. Because of that, I decided to let her drink a medicine and just let her drink many water.

As days passed by, aside from having a cough, she now had runny nose and already had a mild fever. And so, after a very tiring work with an enpty stomach around 8 in the evening, I decided to bring her to my auntie who is expert in massaging.

She started massaging my daughter and thank God Matheena's fever slowly gone.

Even if she was a bit ok that time, I still bought 2 sets of medicine one for her cough and the other one for her runny nose and fever. We just dropped by in a nearby pharmacy store. And for the 2 medicines, I paid around 250php (25 steem) because they just gave me the smaller one since it was their only available.

And when we reached home around 9 in the evening, O then let her take her meds and then she now sleep soundly. And she always wanted that I will give her a hug and will not leave her. She even ask me not to go to school so I can take care of her. So sad to hear from her but I had to be strong and should teach her how to be strong also.

This are the perks of being a working mom with an OFW husband. So hard yet I had to conquer it with a smile.
