What is your full name and what does it mean?

My full name is Namo Blessing Owulama.

Namo means “Great God,” a powerful reminder of divine greatness. Blessing means a precious gift from God, a symbol of grace and favor. Owulama which is my tribal name, carries deep meanings, it means blessing, success, and gain. Altogether, my name tells a story of purpose, divine favor, destiny and prosperity all together.

Why were you given this name or who gave it to you?, is there a story behind it?.

The story behind my name is a very special one. When my mother was pregnant with me, she became seriously ill, she suffered from severe hemorrhoids and was in a very critical condition. Her health was so bad that she almost lost her life while carrying me in her womb. Surviving the pregnancy stage and being able to deliver me safely, without any complications was indeed truly a miracle.

Because of the numerous challenges she faced during pregnancy, my birth was seen as a great blessing to the family. As soon as I was born, my eldest sister named me Blessing, while my mother gave me the name Owulama, which means “success.” To her, it was as though she had truly succeeded. Because, despite all the pain, struggles, and trials she faced while carrying me, she overcame them and gave birth to me healthy and whole. That’s the powerful story behind my name.

Yes, I am very satisfied with my name, extremely satisfied. Infact, If there were a word stronger than "satisfied," I would really love to use it. I was truly overwhelmed with joy when I grew up and discovered that I was named Namo Blessing Owulama . The name holds deep meaning for me and signifies many positive things as well. Everything it represents is good, uplifting, and meaningful. I am so super proud of it and would not change it for anything in the world. I am completely content with my name.

Tell us about your username on Steemit is it same as your real name or is it different? Or how do you keep your that username on Steemit?.

My username on Steemit is Owulama, which is actually part of my real name. I chose to use it because it holds deep meaning for me. As I mentioned earlier, Owulama means "success," and it was the name my mother gave me after overcoming serious health challenges while she was carrying me (her pregnancy stage).

Using it as my Steemit username allows me to carry that powerful story behind my tribal name and personal significance with me online. It’s not just a name to me. It means more than just a name, it’s a reminder of purpose, survival and lastly strength.
