Explanation


Today I’m going to share the recipe of Egg Moghlai with you all. Without any delay, let’s get started.


🔹Step I

First, I took the required amount of flour in a bowl. Then I took a small pot with a little water and set it to heat. When the water became lukewarm, I turned off the stove.


🔹Step II

Now I took the bowl of flour in hand and added a pinch of salt to taste. Then I added a little sugar. I mixed the flour well with the ingredients. After that, I gradually added the lukewarm water and started making the dough. I also added some oil to make the dough soft and smooth. I divided the dough into three parts — I will make two Moghlai parathas and one regular roti. Then I let them rest for a while.


🔹Step III

Mixed the egg

Now I took one egg and chopped up some green chilies and onions to mix with it. I added a little turmeric and salt to the chopped onions and chilies. Then I mixed them thoroughly. I cracked the egg and added it to the onion-chili mixture and mixed everything well.


🔹Step IV

Using my finger & secure it

Now I took one portion of the dough and rolled it out nicely into a round roti shape. Then I put the egg mixture in the middle and folded it carefully. This part needs to be done attentively, otherwise the egg mixture may leak out. The corners should be pressed firmly with fingers to secure it.


🔹Step V

Fried the 2nd one

Then I placed a pan on the stove and heated oil in it. After the oil got hot, I placed the prepared Moghlai in the pan to fry. When it puffed up, I knew it was properly cooked. I flipped and fried it well on both sides. I made another Moghlai in the same way and fried it too. My egg Moghlai was now ready.


🔹Step VI

I placed both Moghlai pieces on a plate. Then I cut them nicely into pieces with a knife. After that, I served them on a plate. Alongside the Moghlai, I served some tomato sauce. Egg Moghlai tastes amazing with tomato sauce.


🔹Step VII

Now I took a selfie with my recipe. Then I used a tag and captured the photo of the Egg Moghlai.
