Is there a mechanical keyboard with multi-function knobs, a screen, and a full-size layout? I recently saw a keyboard called the EWEADN V99, how is this keyboard?

This keyboard has all the features I want, with multi-function knobs, a color screen, a full-size layout, and PC decorative pieces, and I think it's very good when I read online reviews, what do you think of the EWEADN V99?
