All of my pull requests got merged. Yay. Full disclosure, I worked on 95% of PR#420 before this proposal, but I also never wrote a blog entry about it. My plan was to write about it after it got merged and "bill" the Reward Pool, but there's no need to do that now. I can just decline payout since I'm being paid by @steem.dao for this work instead.
I don't know if every proposal will go this "no-reward-pool" funding route, but I decided to do this because I believe I have baked everything I need into the proposal pay through "sps-fund-only." Having the flexibility to be able to use one or the other or both is great.
The main purpose of PR#420 was to update the API Definitions with SPS information. So it's kind-of appropriate as my first PR merged during Proposal #10.
Now that it's merged, developers can get information on the SPS related methods and ops:
condenser_api.find_proposals
condenser_api.list_proposal_votes
condenser_api.list_proposals
database_api.find_proposals
database_api.list_proposal_votes
database_api.list_proposals
create_proposal
remove_proposal
update_proposal_votes
proposal_pay
sps_fund
I've already documented the rest of the pull requests on my blog. You can search for them on esteem's fancy search engine. Stay tuned, I still have some upcoming documentation, including the command-line options of steemd
.
Edit: Special thanks to @roadscape for taking the time to merge all those pull requests.
Awesome seeing the SPS work!
