the user simply writes "Source: CoinTelegraph" at the bottom. that's it
probably @cheetah skips these posts as the word "source" is included in the post.
I doubt it amounts to fair usage though.
btw kalimor (as well as many other similar accounts ) are spamming such copy&pasted content with "introduceyourself"as one of the tags (that's how I bumped into them), which I think is yet another abuse that needs stamping out IMO.
Someone did that with my Steemit post and just put it in another category and it didn't notice.
