So you're suggesting scheduled based votes based on your own voting powers? How is this useful in the long run? I'm curious.

    Im suggesting that we have the ability to schedule votes based on conditionals like vote count and vote power. If I go to upvote you with this addition, I can schedule the vote to occur later if I have less than full vote power.
